How to start your spiritual journey

It's just a delighted and wonderful topic to start with. getting our basics right is the most important thing. A strong foundation makes the building stand strong during the storms. We, as humans to stay strong during our times of storms (troubles) we need to have a strong foundation. To get our basics strong we have to take the journey of spiritually. While going on a journey, we make necessary preparations, in the same way we need to prepare ourselves to hit the spiritual road. In-order, to begin, one has to:-

• Know one's sins - We have to know we are in sin and need to get out of it.

• Realize the need of a Divine Intervention (God) - We have to have a sense and a deep need of God to set us straight.

• Be acquainted to God - We need to have a deep burning desire to grow spiritually and get connected to God.

• Choose the right people to be around ( Godly fellowship) - Choosing the right and Godly people to be around is so important. The company we are in directs our path.

• Pray and invite God in our lives - Praying is a key sense of us growing spiritually. to pray daily is must as prayer is where we commune with God.

• Read the Bible - Reading the Bible opens up great mysteries that we need to know as God speaks to us through the Bible.

• Be thankful to God - for everything we have to thank and praise God.

Well, these are a few ways that i would consider to begin my spiritual walk with God. Hope you would find the true sense of spiritually and of God.
